Ujima Collective

About this Collective

Ujima is a Kiswahili word which means “collective work and responsibility” and speaks to our collective work and responsibility. Our vision for this collective is to establish a partnership of individuals and organizations who work cooperatively towards common goals. The purpose of the Ujima Collective is to bring together individuals, members of the community, agencies and organizations in an atmosphere in support of Ubuntu Village  School as well as systematically solving existing and emerging problems that could not be solved by one group alone. This Collective includes facilitators (olukos), volunteers, collaborating organizations and sponsors.Read more about the Ujima Collective HERE.
